The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my business trip. It was great that the hotel was situated near bus stops that made it easy for me to get around the city. I also enjoyed the lovely views from my room.
The owners of the hotel were not very welcoming, making my experience uncomfortable from start to finish. Their unwelcoming behavior made me feel like I wasn't appreciated as a paying guest, and they seemed to hold a grudge against me for no apparent reason.

This hotel was well situated for our needs and had good value for money. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We appreciated the recommendations given to us by the manager, which helped us explore the area. The parking situation was not too bad.
Our disappointment was not being able to use the Wi-Fi in our room, and being too far away from the reception office seemed to be the issue. the heating was insufficient and left us very cold and uncomfortable in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel located close to the city centre. The hotel had clean facilities and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the warm welcome from the staff and the quiet location. Transportation was easily accessible with a nearby bus stop.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with two beds. Secondly, the location was superb. It was close to both the city centre and Latimer square, making it convenient to explore the town. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Parking could be a bit challenging, but overall everything was ok.
